Kids create – Autumn Flower imprint

October 3, 2019

Press autumn flowers

Autumn is here and all flowers are almost all dried and dead, but beautiful! We picked some and made som flower imprints with paper clay. You just need some flowers, grass or whatever you think will make a beautiful imprint, a rollin pin and some paper clay (you can use whatever clay you want). Roll a 5mm thick sheet of clay, then place some flowers and roll over with the rolling pin. Make a hole if you want to hang it. Let dry. Paint if you want. I used the leftover flowers to make a beautiful autumn arrangement.

About

This is a creative blog, to inspire others to make stuff and be creative with your kids. Trying not to get too caught up in the material consumer world and with a childlike playfulness explore play in a more creative way with a sustainable mindset. Don´t focus too much on the product, the end result, sometimes its about the journey itself. Dare to explore, to reuse, to try again, to fail and to have fun!  – Sofie
